At CellCare NYC, each hydrogen wellness device is custom-made and tested before shipment. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the device model and destination.
1. Processing Time
Processing includes:

Internal quality testing

Final inspection

Packaging
Estimated timelines:

Hydrogen machines: 10–21 business days

VitaH2O water filtration sets: 3–7 business days

Accessories (mask, bottles, cannulas): 3–5 business days
Delays may occur during holidays, peak periods, or customs processing.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers depending on destination:

Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary by product weight and destination.
Exact fees will be displayed during checkout.
Special note for large devices:

VitaBath H2 systems may require pallet shipping

Delivery may require scheduled appointment with carrier
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
5. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product

Do not discard the packaging

Contact us within 48 hours

We will start a replacement or insurance claim.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
CellCare NYC is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses

Packages marked as “delivered” but missing

Carrier delays
We will assist in contacting the carrier, but refunds will not be issued in these cases.
