Every CellCare NYC hydrogen wellness device is carefully manufactured, tested, and inspected before shipment. Because many of our products are custom-produced, please review our Return & Warranty Policy before placing your order.
Custom-Made Products & Return Policy
Most CellCare NYC systems are manufactured specifically for each customer.
For this reason:
✅ Orders become final once production has begun.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong model
• Personal preference
• Compatibility assumptions
• Cancellation after production has started

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every eligible CellCare NYC hydrogen wellness device includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential or professional use.
The warranty includes:
✓ Manufacturing defects
✓ System malfunction
✓ Functional failure during normal use
When covered under warranty, CellCare NYC will, at its discretion:
• Repair the product
or
• Replace the defective component or product
Our goal is to ensure reliable long-term performance and customer satisfaction.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Improper installation or misuse
• Failure to follow operating instructions
• Accidental damage, drops, spills, or abuse
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and cosmetic damage
• Consumable accessories unless otherwise specified
• Damage caused by improper electrical supply, water quality, or environmental conditions

• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
