Return & 2-Year Warranty Policy

All CellCare NYC hydrogen wellness devices are custom-produced and tested prior to shipment. Because of the nature of custom manufacturing, please review the following policy before purchasing.

Custom-Made Products — Final Sale

All devices are custom-made to order. Once production has started, the sale becomes final.

Therefore:

  • ❌ No returns or exchanges once the order is in production

  • ❌ Not eligible for return due to change of mind or personal preference

  • ❌ Must confirm product choice before ordering

Common non-eligible reasons for return:

  • “I changed my mind”

  • Wrong model selected

  • Not what I expected / compatibility assumptions

  • Personal preference

We encourage customers to contact us with questions before purchasing.

2-Year Warranty Coverage (Included)

Every device includes a 2-year warranty directly from CellCare NYC.

If your device experiences:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • System malfunction

  • Functional failure under normal use

We will provide:

  • ✔️ Repair, or

  • ✔️ Replacement of the device or affected components

This warranty reflects our commitment to long-term customer care and reliable wellness technology.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not include damage caused by:

  • Improper or non-recommended use

  • Accidents, drops, spills

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable accessories unless stated

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Important Notes

  • Warranty evaluation is required before approval

  • Warranty does not reset after repair or replacement
